Join AZA United, an Arizona Top Workplace winner, known for compassionate and life‑changing care for individuals with autism. We are seeking experienced and passionate Behavior Technicians (ABA Therapists) to provide in‑home ABA programs in the East Valley. This part‑time position (10‑25 hours) offers a pay range of $21‑27 per hour, depending on experience.
Behavior Technicians work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering high‑quality, clinic‑based ABA programs for children with autism in clients’ homes. Duties include implementing intervention plans, participating in monthly supervision, and overseeing training of new clients.
All new Behavior Technicians undergo a two‑week hands‑on paid training program at our East Valley Center before beginning client work. Monthly virtual professional development seminars and ongoing supervision are provided and paid for. Ambitious technicians also have a clear path to obtaining RBT certification and eventually pursuing BCBA status through an in‑house mentoring program.
