This part‑time position (10‑25 hours) offers a pay range of $21‑27 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Behavior Technicians work under the direction of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering high‑quality, clinic‑based ABA programs for children with autism in clients’ homes. Duties include implementing intervention plans, participating in monthly supervision, and overseeing training of new clients.

  • Ability to meet physical requirements: running short distances, squatting, kneeling, bending, reaching with hands/arms, and lifting at least 25 lbs.
Training and Development

All new Behavior Technicians undergo a two‑week hands‑on paid training program at our East Valley Center before beginning client work. Monthly virtual professional development seminars and ongoing supervision are provided and paid for. Ambitious technicians also have a clear path to obtaining RBT certification and eventually pursuing BCBA status through an in‑house mentoring program.

Benefits

Competitive pay with raises every six months, 401(k) retirement plan with matching, paid sick time, paid drive time, and enrollment in a robust employee assistance program.
