Job summary

ABA Advantage LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking a part-time Behavioral Support Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-12. You will work with a BCBA and a supportive team, and receive training to succeed.

The role offers in-home and clinic-based sessions across the Phoenix metro area, with 10-15 hours to start and potential for more as clients are onboarded. A strong fit includes reliability, communication, and a collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days, all training provided.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle & auto insurance (policy holder or driver on policy).
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.
• Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to upholding the company’s mission, values and ethical principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using ABA techniques to support children with behavioral goals.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document progress through data tracking.

Position Summary:

As a Behavioral Support Technician, you will provide one-on-one therapy to children (ages 2-12) with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve their goals. You'll work closely with a supportive team, including a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and receive all the training you need to succeed.

Pay:

• Competitive hourly pay: $19-$24/hour, based on experience.
