AZA United in Avondale, AZ is seeking Behavior Technicians for our West Valley Clinic to support clinic-based ABA programs for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. This full-time role includes extensive training and a strong pathway for professional growth.

Qualifications include 6+ months of paid experience with individuals with Special Needs, age 21+, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability M-F between 8:15-6:15 p.m. (shifts 8-10 hours) for full-time
• Must have at least 6 months of paid work experience with individuals with Special Needs
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old
• Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of car insurance, registration, and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass required background checks or other screenings

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA programs for children with autism under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support high-quality ABA services and participate in ongoing training and professional development
