Location & Setting

Mesa clinic or Avondale clinic, with opportunities for home‑based and some remote support, or a 100 % home‑based caseload.

Responsibilities

The BCBA position involves:

• Serving a caseload of individual clients
• Supervising assistant specialists and behavior technicians
• Providing training to parents and direct care staff
• Participating in collaborative projects, case reviews and research analysis
• Using both in‑person and telehealth service delivery models

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis treatment settings (autism services preferred)
• Experience providing clinical oversight to others
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners (or eligible to apply if from out of state)
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance, registration, a valid driver’s license and compliance with all hiring requirements
• Arizona‑based or in the relocation process

Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 DOE, plus paid travel expenses.
