Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children and teens with autism in clinical, school, or home settings. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to help clients reach their goals and track progress.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to earn RBT certification within 45 days (training provided).
• Experience with kids on the autism spectrum is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Assist with challenging behaviors in a safe, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA to update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets accurately.
• Record and track data on socially significant behaviors.
