Job summary

You will implement ABA treatment plans, collect data, and help children build life, social, and communication skills. You may pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 90 days and will receive mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with guidance from BCBAs/BCaBAs
• Teach social, communication, self-help, academic, and vocational skills
• Collect data, track progress, and contribute to each child's success
• Support children displaying challenging behaviors with patience and care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
