Community Autism Services (CAS) is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community settings in Pasadena, CA. You’ll work under BCBA supervision, support skill development and behavior reduction, and adapt to varied environments throughout the day.

This role emphasizes hands-on training, ongoing clinical supervision, and clear growth paths into BT, ABA Instructor, ACS, and BCBA roles. A supportive team and consistent coaching await.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be willing to travel within the defined service region.
• No ABA experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based strategies to engage children and collect data.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Maintain safe, professional, and organized therapy sessions.
