Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group is a leading Virginia provider of ABA therapy, delivering 1:1 services in home, clinic, or community settings to youth under 21. You will collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and engage caregivers through coaching and supportive communication.

The role includes video-based supervision, thorough data collection, and comprehensive onboarding with ongoing training and supervision to support your growth in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21.
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and interventions.
• Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
• Use video-based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance your clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
