Sunrise ABA in Knoxville, TN is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children in home and school settings. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science, or related field preferred.
• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel between client homes and school locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in client homes and schools.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Communicate observations and changes to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and treatment team to promote consistency.
• Support development of communication, social, play, self-help and adaptive living skills.
• Participate in team trainings and supervision sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow policies.
