Sunrise ABA in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under a BCBA's supervision. You will work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience implementing ABA programs or working with children with special needs is a plus.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• A passion for working with children and helping them flourish is required.
• Willingness to be part of a caring, team-oriented culture.
• Reliable transportation must be available.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions in home, school, and community.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote skill acquisition.
• Accurately collect and record client progress data.
• Monitor changes and report progress to the BCBA.
• Assist in progress reports and team meetings.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Maintain up-to-date ABA knowledge.
• Collaborate with families and team for consistency.
• Provide support to family members as needed.
