Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, seeks a Behavior Technician to support BCBA-driven programs in our Michigan clinic. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions while helping children and families learn new skills.

You will collaborate with clinicians, families, and teammates in a rewarding environment that supports growth, continuing education, and career development within an inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or student in a therapy curriculum program.
• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training is preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability with changing workload.
• Patience and patient-care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, families, and patients.
