Ivy Rehab Network in Jackson, Michigan is seeking a Behavior Technician to support our ABA program under the supervision of a BCBA. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions while helping children and families learn new skills in therapy tailored for autism.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Proven patient care and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under a BCBA.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills with autism-focused therapy.
