Job summary

Ivy Health Inc in DeWitt, MI is seeking a Behavior Technician to support our ABA program under the supervision of a BCBA. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions while helping children and families learn new skills and techniques.

You will collaborate with clinicians, communicate professionally with families and patients, and contribute to a rewarding, growth‑driven work environment within the Ivy Rehab Network.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field or current student in a therapy curriculum program.
• Applied Behavior Analysis Technician experience and/or training preferred.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under BCBA supervision.
• Support clinicians and help children and families learn new skills through ABA therapy.
• Communicate professionally with teammates, families, and patients.
