Job summary

Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network, seeks a Behavior Technician to assist with documentation, billing, and interventions under a BCBA. You will help children and families learn new skills and communicate with families, teammates, and patients in a supportive setting.

Common duties include supporting clinicians, documenting treatments, and pursuing growth through mentorship and training opportunities within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a therapy facility or student in a therapy curriculum program.
• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain with supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, billing, treatments and interventions under supervision.
