Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our ABA program. You will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed BCBA. You’ll support clinicians and help children and their families learn new skills with therapy shown to be effective for autism.

Qualifications

• Suggested 1 year experience in a therapy facility or related field or being a student in a therapy curriculum program.
• RBT certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it with supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility with changing workloads.
• Previous patient-care experience is valued.
