Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, guided by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will implement individualized treatment plans and help clients develop communication, social, and adaptive skills while recording progress.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development or related field OR at least one year of related experience such as Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Child Development Professional, Camp Counselor or similar child-focused role
