• 1 year of experience in a therapy facility or related field.
• ABA Technician experience or training preferred.
• RBT certification, or pursuing it with supervision.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability with changing workload.
• Strong customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with drive to exceed patient expectations.
