Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Somers Point, NJ seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA clinician. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans with children in a center-based setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential to meet physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician; work one-on-one with children as per individualized plans.
