Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Sewell, NJ is seeking Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. The BT will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.

Centers offer various schedules in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Great compensation at $20/hr plus medical/dental/vision insurance, disability/Life, 401k, paid holidays and PTO, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks as described in the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
