Job summary

Grafton is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based behavioral services to children and families in home and community settings. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients reach developmental milestones.

The role focuses on data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families to apply in-home behavior strategies. Requires RBT certification or certification within 6 months and a related degree with relevant

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• RBT certification at hire or within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human services or a related field OR Associates degree with 3 months experience OR High school diploma with 6 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Work under supervision of a BCBA to implement a treatment plan.
• Deliver direct behavioral services to children and families.
• Collect progress data and maintain program books.
• Document activities for data analysis and billing.
• Schedule appointments and supervise meetings with BCBA.
