Job summary

Grafton Integrated Health Network is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based services to children and families in Virginia. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and maintain accurate records in a family/home setting.

You will collaborate with a clinical team, participate in trainings, and help families apply strategies in daily routines. A RBT certification and a relevant degree or experience are preferred, with competitive pay and

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• RBT certification at hire or within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human services or related field, or an Associate's degree with 3 months experience.
• High school diploma with 6 months experience working with children.
• Experience with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct behavioral services to children and families.
• Collaborate with BCBA to implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate case notes and progress data.
• Prepare assessments and teach materials.
• Schedule appointments and supervise BCBA meetings.
• Train and mentor new staff.
• Communicate progress to families and collaborating professionals.
• Assist in trainings as scheduled.
