Job summary

United Care ABA offers a pathway into ABA with hands-on training to prepare for RBT certification and supervision from experienced BCBAs. We provide full-time and part-time positions, with options for in-home or center-based work, and strong mentorship to help you grow within the field.

You’ll earn $20–$23 per hour, with opportunities for increases upon certification and performance, plus paid time off for eligible full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus).
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within your first few months of employment (required).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clinical guidance.
• A long-term interest in growing within the field of ABA, including pursuing advanced care roles such as Behavior Technician and BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
