Job summary

United Care ABA-New Jersey is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to grow a meaningful career in ABA. We offer hands-on training, supervision by experienced BCBAs, and a clear path from BT to RBT with growth opportunities toward BCBA.

Full-time and part-time roles are available, with in-home and center-based work options. Competitive hourly compensation starts at $22–$26 per hour, with potential increases after certification and performance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first months of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
• Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
