Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through engaging activities.

Expect predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays, full-time status, immediate start, and a pathway to RBT certification with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or better.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during sessions.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA.
• Follow treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading and activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
• Support a positive, growth-focused clinic culture.
