Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians to work with children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to build communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills. You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA and support families in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old required.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to receive coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Help individuals increase independence and improve quality of life.
