Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings under supervision. You’ll implement individualized plans, collect data, and communicate clearly with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Lives Beachmont Behavioral Health’s values, mission, and vision.
• Implements behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collects and records data during sessions accurately and promptly.
• Provides clear and respectful communication with caregivers, clients, and supervisory staff.
• Maintains professional boundaries and confidentiality per HIPAA and company policy.
