Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with caregivers to support client goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED (associates or bachelor’s preferred).
• RBT certification is desired but not required.
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check and TB test is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collects and records data during sessions accurately and promptly.
• Communicates clearly with caregivers, clients, and supervisory staff.
