Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings.

Under the direct supervision of a BCBA, you will implement individualized plans, collect data, communicate with caregivers, and participate in training to advance your skills while keeping clients safe and respected.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Records data accurately during sessions.
• Communicates clearly with caregivers, clients, and supervisory staff.
• Participates in training, supervision meetings, and feedback sessions.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
