Job summary

Childwise ABA in Sharon, MA is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, collect and document behavioral data, and implement plans under supervision of BCBAs.

We offer a supportive team environment with paid training, health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, holidays, and flexible schedules between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. CPR and RBT certification are encouraged, with opportunities to advance and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism
• Strong behavioral management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Accurately collect and document behavioral data
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
• Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence
• Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors
