The role emphasizes ABA-based interventions, daily living skills support, and progress documentation.

Positions include full-time, part-time, and internship options with flexible hours Monday–Friday; weekends available as needed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing ABA techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health.
