Qualifications

• Experience working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
• Background in implementing care plans is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA using ABA techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living to promote independence.
• Monitor and document client progress and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families to develop care plans aligned with client needs.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance behavioral health skills.
