CrystalCare ABA in Princeton, NJ seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) to support and implement personalized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work with clients to develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors, with data-driven progress tracking in home or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping clients achieve their goals.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBAs, focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress to inform plan adjustments.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress.
• Provide feedback to clients and families to support learning.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training to stay current in ABA practices.
