Job summary

CrystalCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support and implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision. You will work with clients in home and clinical settings, collecting data and helping clients develop new skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 90 days if not already certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized ABA therapy plans as designed by BCBAs.
• Conduct one-on-one support sessions with clients in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior for ongoing assessment.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans based on progress.
• Provide consistent feedback to clients and families to foster a positive environment.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
