CrystalCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to support and implement individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will work with clients in home and clinical settings, collecting data and contributing to progress toward specific goals.

Formación

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in implementing ABA therapy plans designed by BCBAs.
• Conduct one-on-one support sessions in home and clinical settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Provide feedback to clients and families to foster a positive environment.
• Attend regular team meetings and ongoing training.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards.
