Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, working one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavioral plans, collect data, and monitor progress to ensure effective treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Strong organizational and time-management in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically assist clients during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds, moving with children ages 2-15).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
