AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for children with behavioral challenges.

Choose your own hours, full-time, part-time, or internship. Pay is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, with benefits including a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience with children and developmental/behavioral disorders preferred.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques.
• Understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices preferred.
• Background in implementing care plans is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living to promote independence.
• Monitor and document client progress according to standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families to tailor care plans to client needs.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in behavioral health.
