Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; pursuing/holding a related Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Reliability: maintain a vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Interest in becoming RBT certified.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy for clients across diverse environments using protocols developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data during sessions and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.
