Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• Availability: At least 15 hours available during afternoons and evenings (3:00 pm - 8:00 pm).
• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Requirements: Background check, TB tests, pre-employment exam, immunities proof.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions per treatment plan.
• Work in various settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training.
