Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our caring, client-centered team in Colorado. This part-time afternoon role involves delivering ABA therapy under supervision, engaging with clients, and contributing to data collection and progress notes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy directly with clients in homes, schools, and communities.
• Help learners gain life skills to increase independence (communication, daily living, social skills).
• Teach communication and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect data and write detailed session notes to inform decisions by BCBAs.
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.
