Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) in Georgetown, Texas, is seeking highly motivated Behavior Technicians to support ABA treatment programs under a Clinical Supervisor. You will work in 1:1 or group settings across the CARD center, patient homes, schools, community sites, or via telehealth.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, with opportunities for growth from BT to senior roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass initial CARD Behavior Technician Training program.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor in a 1:1 or group environment.
• Provide treatment that meets CARD's clinical quality standards.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review and implement Clinical Supervisor feedback during each treatment session.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.
