Job summary

Connect n Care ABA in Charlottesville, VA is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children and families in the Charlottesville area with afternoon and early evening cases. You’ll build a caseload that fits your schedule and may grow into daytime hours.

We provide training and support, including RBT training and certification assistance, plus opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling. PTO, 401(k), and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record client data.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build positive and meaningful relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team.
