Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. Training and mentorship are provided as part of our growth-focused program.

We offer paid RBT training, a clear path for advancement, and referral bonuses. Required: active RBT certification; availability Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (BACB).
• Availability Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM; weekends as specified.
• Must pass background checks and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Document session data and track progress.
