Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) in the Charlottesville, VA area. This role supports children and families, focusing on afternoon and early evening availability, with options to transition to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and a valid, clear driver's license.
• Ability to complete required certifications and training, including First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record client data.
• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build positive and meaningful relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team.
