MAXIM HEALTHCARE SERVICES is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in a supportive team environment. The role offers on-site work, relevant training paid by the company, and opportunities to grow within a national organization.

Compensation is hourly, with pay ranging from $21 to $26 per hour based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one(1) year relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Providesbehaviorsupportservices and crisis intervention.
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.
