Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver�s license is required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Active automobile insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver.
• Current negative TB test is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA services to children.
• Implement treatment programs and behavior intervention strategies developed by the clinical team.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Apply ABA strategies to promote learning, independence, and skill development.
• Reduce behaviors that interfere with safety, learning, or daily functioning.
• Collect accurate client data during sessions.
• Complete required session documentation accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with supervising BCBAs and treatment team members.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Follow all clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
• Adapt to individual client needs while following established treatment plans.
