Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services in Riverside, CA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children and families through individualized ABA programs delivered in home or community settings. You will work with a clinical team to implement programs, track progress, and collect data while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid drivers license, dependable transportation, and active auto insurance listing you as a covered driver.
• Current negative TB test is required.

Responsabilités

• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement evidence-based ABA programs under supervision to teach new skills and reduce behaviors affecting safety or independence.
• Collect, record, and submit accurate client data and session documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
