Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA. You will implement evidence-based ABA strategies in home and community settings, with sessions typically scheduled Monday–Friday after school, offering flexible hours based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Support children as they develop communication, social, adaptive and daily living skills.
• Implement ABA treatment programs to promote skill development and independence.
• Address behaviors that interfere with learning, safety, or daily functioning.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team to ensure quality care.
