Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking dependable Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in home and community settings. You will implement treatment programs, track progress, and communicate with the clinical team to support learning and safety.

Sessions typically run Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with some flexibility. Compensation starts at $20 per hour and can go up to $27 depending on experience, with bilingual Spanish-speaking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active automobile insurance as listed driver.
• Current TB test negative on file.

Responsibilities

• Providing individualized, one-on-one ABA services to children.
• Implementing treatment programs and behavior intervention strategies developed by the clinical team.
• Teaching communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Applying evidence-based ABA strategies to promote learning, independence, and skill development.
• Reducing behaviors that may interfere with safety, learning, or daily functioning.
• Collecting accurate client data throughout each session.
• Completing required session documentation accurately and promptly.
• Communicating effectively with supervising BCBAs and other treatment team members.
• Building positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Following all clinical, ethical, safety, and confidentiality requirements.
• Adapting to individual client needs while maintaining consistency with established treatment plans.
