Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA services to individuals with autism in home, school, and community settings, under the direct supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized behavior support plans. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• DOJ/FBI background check and TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Lives Beachmont Behavioral Health’s values, mission, and vision.
• Implements behavior intervention and skill plans under supervising BCBA.
• Records data during sessions accurately and promptly.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participates in training, supervision, and feedback sessions.
