Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods (DTT, naturalistic teaching).
• Record and document client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, self-care, and daily living.
• Create a positive learning environment and promote client engagement.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Communicate with families and caregivers about updates and progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in ABA practices.
